Return of goods of proper quality is possible, if its marketable condition, seals, factory labels, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

Underwear including panties, bras, corsets, socks and hosiery, bodysuits, swimwear, beachwear are not subject to exchange and return.

Exchange/return for item purchased online (remotely)

You can exchange or refund a purchase made online (remotely) within 7 days* of receipt of the goods.

In case of exchange of goods of proper quality, return shipping shall be paid by the Customer.

Delivery charges and return postage fees will not be refunded upon return of the item(s). When placing an order with UPS delivery service, customs fees are also not refunded.
